Relano sells freehold building plots. Villa designs are optional concepts to help you picture what can be built; they are not included in the plot price.

Reserve your plot
Choose a plot, confirm availability and reserve. Your advocate carries out Land Registry searches.

Complete the land purchase
The plot purchase is a standalone contract. Prices on this site are for land only, exclusive of VAT and transfer fees.

Design your villa
Start from our architectural villa concepts or brief your own architect to suit the plot and your budget.
- 04
Permits
Planning and building permits are applied for based on your final design and the approved subdivision.
- 05
Construction
Construction is contracted separately. We can introduce construction partners and guide you through the process.
