Cyprus Permanent Residency

Information relating to the Cyprus Permanent Residency Program (Fast-Track Category 6.2) is provided strictly as general background guidance. Under current Republic of Cyprus immigration regulations, eligibility criteria—including qualifying property categories, statutory investment thresholds (minimum €300,000 + applicable VAT), permissible contractual structures, and foreign income verification—are determined solely by the Civil Registry and Migration Department and the Ministry of Interior.

The acquisition of a building plot, whether standalone or paired with potential construction plans, does not guarantee or automatically grant permanent residency, a visa, or citizenship. Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Republic of Cyprus migration authorities following individual evaluation. Relano LTD is a land development company and does not provide immigration, legal, or tax advice. All non-EU purchasers must consult a qualified, licensed Cyprus immigration lawyer to assess eligibility under current regulations before entering into any purchase commitment.
