Submitted enquiries are stored in Relano's protected lead database and sent to Zapier, an automation provider used to route the enquiry for follow-up. Relevant service providers may process limited data on Relano's behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Relano does not sell personal data.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer takes place, Relano will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law.

After you submit an enquiry, the contact details you entered are remembered in your browser for up to 90 days so another form can be completed more quickly. Consent is never remembered. You can remove these details using the ‘Clear my details’ option on a form or by clearing browser storage.

Saved plot numbers remain in browser storage until you remove them or clear browser data. First-touch campaign parameters and the referring page are retained for the browser session. Opening a map, downloadable PDF, WhatsApp, or another external service may allow that provider to receive technical information and apply its own privacy terms. If you accept advertising tracking, Meta Platforms and Taboola may receive device, browser, page, interaction, and network information through their pixels and may process that information outside the European Economic Area under their own privacy terms and applicable transfer safeguards.

Submitted enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months from the most recent meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised. Information may be kept longer when an active buyer relationship continues, you ask us to retain it, or a legal, regulatory, accounting, or dispute-related obligation requires it. On-device retention periods are described above.
